Investor Compensation Fund (ICF)
Wisuno is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund for clients of Cypriot Investment Firms (CIFs). Eligible clients may be entitled to compensation up to €20,000 per person, subject to the conditions set out in the applicable legislation.

The ICF operates as a safety net: when a CIF member fails to meet its financial obligations — whether to return client funds held in segregated accounts or to deliver financial instruments belonging to clients — the ICF steps in to compensate eligible clients.
Regulations
Wisuno operates under a regulatory framework supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) – License Number: CIF 450/24. CySEC is one of the EU’s most respected regulatory bodies, enforcing full MiFID II compliance and rigorous investor protection standards. This authority imposes strict requirements for segregated client funds, independent audits, and capital adequacy, ensuring a transparent and secure trading environment.
We maintain Tier-1 bank segregation, meet all MiFID-aligned reporting obligations, and undergo continuous compliance monitoring. Wisuno is also actively pursuing additional regulatory licences to expand global coverage and strengthen client protection even further.
